What we collect
When you order or contact us we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and your order details. For prescription items we also collect a copy of your prescription.
How we use it
We use your information to process payments, ship orders, verify prescriptions, respond to questions and meet legal obligations. We use your prescription only to verify your order. We never sell your information.
Who sees it
Stripe processes payments and receives your payment details directly. Shipping carriers receive your name and address. Our website host, Cloudflare, and our email provider handle site traffic and messages. We do not share your information with others except where the law requires.
Retention and your choices
We keep order records as long as needed for tax, warranty and legal purposes. Prescription copies are deleted after verification unless we are required to keep them. To ask what we hold about you or to have information deleted, email [email protected].

This site does not use advertising cookies. Stripe checkout may use cookies needed for payment security.
